Fall Harvest Orchard

We spent the rest of our Saturday with Steve's family at Fall Harvest Orchard. They are a small working farm that lets you see all of their animals in a real farm setting, but also set it up like a petting zoo. We got to feed oats to the goats, apples to the cows, pet the baby goats and watch the chickens play. Ethan is not very gentle and right hooked the baby goat and slapped another one in the face...maybe next year will be easier on the animals. Ethan did get to play with the pumpkins and posed just long enough for the pictures. We ended our day there with a wagon ride through the fields and apple orchard and the farmer was showing and teaching us all about the different things they grow on the farm.

Over all, this has been a very busy day...I'm ready for bed!
