Christmas Tree

The past few years we've headed to Veterans Park near out house to pick out our Christmas tree. They seem to have the most beautiful trees there that also seem to hold up and last the longest. Even last year we made the trip with Ethan who was only 13 days old. This year he's walking around the lot and helping us find the perfect tree. We planned the day just right and Ethan was able to take his afternoon nap just long enough for Steve and me to get the tree decorated with almost 800 lights and all our ornaments. Ethan mostly leaves the tree alone, but occasionally he's standing a little too close and just taps at the ornaments while looking at you for approval. It's so cute.
